For six years, local dancers have come together for the Winter Dance Benefit to put on a breathtaking performance and raise funds for local organizations. You can attend this incredible event and be a part of elegance, grace, and a worthy cause all at the same time.
2017 Winter Benefit Dance Performance
This year the Winter Dance Benefit Performance will be held at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia on Saturday, February 4th at 6:00 PM. Tickets at the door are $25, and all proceeds will go to benefit the Malone Foundation, the Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter and Paxton the Campus.
Performers in the 2017 Winter Benefit
The Winter Dance Benefit is not only amazing due to the money it raises for charity, but it is also amazing because of the great dance teams that it brings together for one great cause. Performances will wow this year attendees by Creative Dance Center’s Classical Conservatory, Competition Team, STARS, and Performing Troupe. It is incredible to get so many talented dance teams together for one night working towards one common goal.
Previous Winter Benefits
In the past six years, the Winter Benefit Dance Performance has brought dancers from Chantilly, Ashburn, and South Riding’s Creative Dance Center to give back to local charitable causes. In the six years that the Winter Benefit Dance Performance has been going on, $51,000 has been raised for the following local causes: Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter, the Teri and Shari Malone Foundation, Paxton Campus, The Malone Foundation, LAWS, and Our Military Kids.
The Institute of Performing Arts for Youth is proud to worth with such a giving group of talented young dancers who look forward to this event every year and their chance to use their gift to help give back to their community.
